This hotel was ideally located - close to lots of shopping and eating places. The bed was comfortable and room was nice and quiet at night - didn't hear a lot of commotion from adjoining rooms.

I enjoyed my stay. My wife and my grown daughter came to Denver for a family visit. The hotel was very nice, the people working there were very courtious and very helpful. The rooms were well made and very clean and the beds;we had 2 rooms; were very comfortable. We would probably stay there again if and when we return to Denver. We spent 5 days in September 09.

We stayed 7/24/09 - 7/27/09 and enjoyed my stay here, it was a clean hotel and the employees were great as well as the managers. I received a call from the manager asking if my stay was good or if she could do anything to make the stay better. I thought that was very thoughtful. the only thing i found a bit not so great was the size of the room and bathroom, but there was 5 of us so things tend to get crowded, other than that the stay was very enjoyable and very well worth it! We especially loved the warm fresh cookies upon arrival! YUMMY!!!!

The people working in the restaurant were wonderful, courteous and very attentive. And the food was great. Unfortunately my room did not get made up the first day after I had slept in it and asked at the front desk for it to be cleaned. It appeared it was going to happen the next day when none came to my room when I was out in the morning. When I returned I asked the cleaning woman (who was still on my floor) if she could have my room made up when I leave again in an hour. She told me I would have to go to the front desk to request it. I did go to the front desk and explained that this was the second day it hadn't been cleaned. He asked if I had my Do not Disturb on. I told him no and the cleaning woman was just a few doors down from my room. He explained that over 100 people had left that morning because of a National girls softball tournament. I really think instead of making excuses that the hotel should not take on more guests than it can handle.
